I loved the way you posted this audio file to your Weebly site=8-) The snapshot of you behind the computer is pretty cute, too! It was great to hear that you have build the skeleton of the StAIR. I have always found it best to start that way too. The largest StAIR turned in for one of my 811 classes was 150+ slides. It's truly amazing how they get a life of their own after a while. Have you considered embedding or linking to videos as an instructional strategy? Were you able to find any research supporting computer assisted instruction. It's been a round for a while, so there should be some great articles out there for the picking. Here is a link to onethat might be helpful http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0FCG/is_2_30/ai_105478983/
I agree making a StAIR is a very time consuming task! I used mine with my students last year and it worked awesome! I think you will be able to use your StAIR many times and after a few uses it seems like the work is really worth it! The students also really love the sounds on the slides and are very excited to move onto the next step!
